Andrew Everett of Low Carbon Vehicles, Technology Strategy Board, will present about its Current Funding Programmes which will focus on Low Carbon Vehicles Activity and Manufacturing. There will be an opportunity to discuss what form your energy efficient motorsport projects may need to take to be eligible for funding. See more about this organisation at http://www.innovateuk.org.
There will be two case studies from projects which have been successful in securing funding, how they formulated their plans and chose partners. Robert Evans from CENEX will discuss what type of project could attract CENEX funding and give details of CENEX's activities.
Ian Forbes, who has considerable expertise in sponsorship and partnering, will provide practical advice and insight into how to present project bids for funding.
James Reeves of Motorsport Academy will detail the Business Skills training packages available for the motorsport industry with support from the Government, including how to source EU funding and how to present your project.
There will be Q&A sessions with discussion.
Ample time will be allowed for networking on arrival, coffee/tea breaks and a sandwich lunch.
