The MIA training modules are specifically designed to deliver the highest level of training to small groups, in an interactive style workshop. Each module starts at 10.00am and finishes at 4.00pm. Workbooks and certificates are available to take away and refreshments are provided. The trainers cover a range of business and personal development topics such as: presentation skills, telesales techniques, management styles and recruitment. All of the modules are available to attend at the MIA or in house to suit your company needs.
