Aston University Formula Student will be unveiling their 2010 car at the official launch, which takes place 2nd July at the Aston Conference Centre on campus. A buffet will be available from 12:30pm, followed by the official unveiling at 1:00pm of our 2010 contender by the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Julia King. Also attending will be guests from the University as well as Industry experts and the Team's sponsors. This is the tenth year Aston University has taken part in this prestigious competition, run by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) in partnership with various well-known companies in the industry.

The competition itself takes place at Silverstone Circuit, where the car will be competing in a series of static and dynamic events from 15-18 July 2010. Spectators are welcome to attend the competition on the free public days 17-18 July to watch the car in action.
