MIA Members are invited to a free 1 day event about export opportunities in the global low carbon market hosted by UK Trade & Investment, the UK Government’s international business development organisation.

This event is essential for innovative companies in the construction, transport, advanced engineering, manufacturing or energy sectors interested in developing their business abroad.

The global low carbon market is worth £3 trillion per year, and this event will provide an expert overview of emerging export opportunities in China, India, Latin America and the US - among the fastest growing international low carbon markets.

Along with an analysis of domestic climate change commitments and the economic conditions and policy framework of each market, the event will also examine each market's current trading environment, highlighting pathways to export success and opportunities for UK business.

Speakers will include a UK Minister, Professor Julia King, UK’s Low Carbon Business Ambassador, and representatives from PriceWaterhouseCoopers, DECC, UKTI and key UK business organisations.
