Drayson Racing's Johnny Cocker, charged from 4th to 1st in a thrilling final four laps of Sundays American Le Mans Series race, passing Muscle Milk Team CytoSport's Klaus Graf in the final two turns at Road America.This impressive victory followed a second straight pole position for Cocker, who also set the fastest race lap, nearly 2 seconds clear of his nearest competitor.
For the third time, Drayson Racing also won the LMP category in the Michelin Green X Challenge, the competition within the race that awards teams for overall performance and environmental efficiency, showcasing team-owner Paul Drayson's commitment to a 'green future' in motorsport.
Following this exhilarating victory, the team travels to Bowmansville, Ontario, Canada for next Sunday's (29th August) Grand Prix of Mosport, at the Mosport International Raceway, a track strongly suited for the Drayson Racing Lola-Judd and drivers Drayson and Cocker.
