The MIA is a member of the Sponsors Alliance - an organisation of trade associations who organise international events which are supported by UKTI.
The Sponsors Alliance is focussed on export activity and in the run-up to the forthcoming election, asked the three main political parties to ask how they would help UK exporters following the election.

To date no response has been received from the Labour party, despite numerous requests.
