Further Detail

This 6 sigma programme has a specific focus on the Environmental agenda, delivered by Capella & Associates. The programme is designed to:

  • Reduce carbon footprints
  • Reduce energy, waste & water costs and increase profitability
  • Increase competitiveness
  • Generate and safeguard jobs
  • Create opportunities to network with other businesses

The programme is based on a proven framework and best practice tools for delivering business and process improvements.  It will lead to increased skills and confidence of key people and certification of programme delegates to Six Sigma Green Belt level.

The programme will commence with an Environmental Review for your company and technical best practice workshops thereafter.   Each trainee will attend a monthly plenary session with participating companies at the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce and will receive a half days in-company coaching for their Greenbelt champion.
