Conservative Technology Manifesto
The recently-launched Technology Manifesto pledges to "build a new model of economic growth, based on high-tech and high-value industries." The Conservatives plan to "keep R&D tax credits but will simplify and refocus them on high-tech companies, small businesses and start-ups."
