Ince & Co launches Motorsport legal team

International law firm Ince & Co has launched a dedicated Motorsport Group. Led by partner Jonathan Lux, the team includes lawyers with experience of the issues that arise across the breadth of the Motorsport industry and related business.
 
Ince & Co's Motorsport Group offers legal services to companies, teams, individuals, federations, associations and other bodies involved in the motor sports industry. Our dedicated, multi-disciplinary team, advises on contentious and non-contentious issues including general corporate advice, management, sponsorship, personal injury, insurance and financial contracts, employment and construction. We also advise on disputes that may arise.
 
Members of our team have a range of experience including the management buy-out of a motor racing school, repossession of a racing car for a driver in the BTCC and various contractual issues for sports managers. The firm has dealt with driver contracts for motor racing teams and drivers, insurance contracts, super licence issues for F1 drivers and claims involving F1 team sponsors. Ince & Co represented the owner of a leading F1 team in a significant dispute involving the financing of his team.
