Nicholas Briggs, partner and head of the IP, IT and projects team will review the remedies available to IP rights owners and how these have developed over the last few years. Has the Enforcement Directive really introduced any significant new benefits for rights owners, in either the UK or Europe?
Patents County Court
Mauro Paiano, partner will deliver his half term report on this exciting re-vamped jurisdiction, and will explain why we believe our firm, with its streamlined cost base, is particularly well suited to deliver solutions to clients.
Designs and copyright
Martin Noble, associate will do some spring cleaning with a well-known vacuum cleaner and dust off some old wizardry books in order to bring you up to date with the latest news in these areas.

Michael Edenborough, QC and specialist trade mark barrister from Serle Court in London will discuss the latest developments in this very fast moving area, where there have been some significant rulings in the last 12 months, especially from the European Court of Justice.
