About the IDP7 Low Carbon Vehicles – Road to Market competition
The Technology Strategy Board is looking to invest in highly innovative projects involving low carbon vehicles that aim to achieve significant cuts in CO2 from road transport.
The primary focus of the projects will need to be based around one of the four technical areas of: energy storage and management, electrical machines and power electronics, lightweight vehicle and powertrain structures, and the development of technologies that radically improve emissions or efficiency compared to the current best in class vehicle or system.
One key date for your diary is the 10th January when we’ll be running a consortia building and networking event.

Join the competition group
To make your application as successful as possible TSB have set up a dedicated competition group. It’s the place where you can find information like the competition scope document, register for related events, ask questions, and find and interact with peers in order to create a competitive application – and more. Join the group and you’ll be able to reply to comments and questions under the articles tab, be able to access competition event presentations and delegate lists, and be notified when peers have left requests for competition partners.
