About the report:
The final report will only be sent to participating members, including companies sending a 'Nil’ return.
Use of the report by MIA Members:
The report is confidential and for the use of member companies only. It must not be disclosed to a third party. If it emerges that any member has disclosed the information, it may be necessary to suspend the operation of the scheme.
The report is compiled from information provided by members, and no responsibility is accepted by the Motorsport Industry Association for any inaccurate information contained therein.
The Committee of the Motorsport Industry Association may take action against any member proved to have supplied inaccurate information.
Data Protection Act 1984:
At the Written request of any company/individual on the list, the MIA is obliged under the Data Protection Act 1984 to disclose the details of the relevant entry.
All participating members must be registered under the Data Protection Act 1984, and must comply with the terms of the Act. If you are in doubt, please refer to the Credit Circle Administrator, Katrina Briggs (katrina.briggs@the-mia.com).
