Materials KTN Annual Event 2010: Societal Challenges – Materials Solutions

23 April 2010 – Church House Conference Centre, Westminster, London

REGISTER FOR FREE TODAY

There are many challenges facing society today. These include future energy supply, climate change, ageing population and growing demands on healthcare providers, ensuring national and personal security and increasing demands from the consumer for improved goods and services. Materials have a key role to play in solving these challenges.

This year’s Materials KTN annual event will address three of these key challenge areas: energy, sustainability and high value markets. Keynote speakers will lay down the challenge to materials in these three areas and case studies from Materials KTN members will respond with examples of how they are rising to these challenges.

The programme will also feature the popular innovation expo session in which companies or individuals have the opportunity to have a table top exhibition and a short presentation to introduce their materials and product innovations relevant to the three key challenge areas.

Expo Session
If you would like to participate in the expo session, please contact Lesley King (lesley.king@materialsktn.net) as soon as possible including a short paragraph of the innovation you would like to showcase.
