Morgan Motors' head to address Chinese trade forum

09 May 2013

The head of Malvern-based MIA member Morgan Motors is to outline his export experiences with China to business leaders in Birmingham.

Charles Morgan has been invited to speak at a meeting of the England China Business Forum as part of a series of events in the city to coincide with Export Week.

The forum said the event was a great opportunity for potential exporters to hear from someone with real experience and authority on how a company founded on heritage and a commitment to craft-driven quality was looking to win business in the new and fast changing markets in China.

The event, hosted by SGH Martineau, forms part of UK Export Week and will also feature UKTI Regional Director, Paul Noon, and Koolmill Systems Managing Director, Alec Anderson.

The event is one of the ECBF’s continuing programme of ‘show and tell’ events where companies winning business in China share best practice with firms around them.

The forum said it aimed to inspire other companies to grasp export opportunities where they could and if they recognised their peers could do it then there should be nothing stopping them from achieving similar results.

The event takes place on May 17 at SGH Martineau’s offices at 1 Colmore Square, Birmingham, beginning at 8am with an informal networking opportunity afterwards.
