OPAL TELECOM -TIPS AND ADVICE IF YOU ARE CHANGING YOUR TELECOMS PROVIDER.

If you choose to source another provider other than Opal Telecom, there are some questions you need to ask:

1. Is the Billing per minute, half minute or quarter minute?
2. Please advise whether the calls are rounded up to the nearest minute (example – a 10 second call is charged at the minute rate; a 1 minute 2 second call can be 2 minutes
3. Is there a connection charge on each call.  BT’s One Plan has a 2.4p connection charge on every call.
