PRI's Grand Opening Breakfast to Feature Dave Despain & Special Live Episode of Wind Tunnel

A great racing industry tradition continues at this year's Performance Racing Industry Trade Show as the Grand Opening Breakfast promises another outstanding morning of entertainment, as well as the chance to meet and mingle with thousands of industry friends.

Dave Despain will bring a special, live episode of his popular Wind Tunnel television program on Speed to Orlando to kick off the 22nd Annual PRI Trade Show, December 10-12, 2009. The Sunday night TV program offers a lively and insightful wrap-up of the week's racing news.

The PRI Trade Show features exhibits of thousands of new hardcore racing components from over 1,200 exhibitors, and is attended by 40,000 buyers from all 50 states and 60 countries.

"This is going to be fun! When the curtains open, 3,000 members of the racing industry attending the Breakfast will instantly find themselves on the Wind Tunnel set," said Steve Lewis, producer of the PRI Trade Show and longtime Wind Tunnel fan. "I watch Dave on Wind Tunnel every week. It's hugely entertaining and you always learn something new about motorsports today.

"We promise to bring in some special 'mystery guests,' and we'll take 'call-ins' just like the show," promised Lewis. "We'll hear a lot of colorful racing stories. You won't want to miss this!"

The Grand Opening Breakfast starts at 8 a.m., Thursday, December 10, in the northwest corner of the Exhibit Hall. There is no charge, but attendees must have show credentials.

Members of the racing industry can preregister and receive their credentials in the mail, click here to register, or call +1 949/499-5413.
