Retrac Composites Ltd of Swindon has just been awarded AS EN 9100 Rev B. This prestigious Aerospace accreditation shows Retrac's commitment to its continuous improvement within the aerospace sector.
The process has helped Retrac tighten up its internal documentation and highlighted areas of the business that required improvement. Retrac has a diverse customer base and initially found it difficult to satisfy all areas of Retrac's customer's requirements. A decision was made early on that the only way to proceed was to treat all our customers as if they were all Aerospace customers, using all the same procedures and paperwork.
Retrac has been supplying composite structures to Contour Aircraft Seating for eight years and has been awarded a Gold rating for its consistent quality and delivery.
Retrac Composites will be exhibiting at the combined Aero Engineering and Composite Engineering Show at the NEC Birmingham UK on the 29th-30th September 2010 stand 326.
