Richard Childress Racing (RCR) and Earnhardt-Childress Racing Engines (ECR) make a flying start to 2010

MIA Member Richard Childress Racing (RCR) has made an outstanding start to its 2010 NASCAR Sprint Cup campaigns, finishing 4th, 7th and 11th in the Daytona 500; 2nd, 3rd and 8th at Fontana; and 2nd, 8th and 11th at Las Vegas last weekend.

In addition, Jamie McMurrary also secured success for Earnhardt-Childress Racing Engines (ECR) by winning the Daytona 500.

These outstanding results mean that Kevin Harvick currently leads the Sprint Cup Series, with Clint Bowyer in 2nd and Jeff Burton in 7th - making Richard Childress Racing (RCR) a real threat to the Hendrick Motorsports team which has enjoyed substantial success in recent years.
