Many young people are not ‘turned on’ by the prospect of joining a large manufacturer but can be really motivated by seeing a small, focussed world class engineering company – just like those in our motorsport industry.
Getting involved does not involve too much of your busy time and will be helpful with local community relations for your company. It also really helps the wider motorsport industry by demonstrating to Government that motorsport has a major role to play in attracting young people into engineering, at this vital time.
