TMD Friction go full pace with bt Bremsen

TMD Friction Group strengthens its role as a leading development partner to the motorsports industry and continues to implement its growth plans with the acquisition of bt Bremsen on the 15th December 2010. TMD Friction has been a minority shareholder of bt Bremsen since 2001, and have now acquired the remaining 51 per cent of bt Bremsen. The transaction also includes the business of bt Brake Technology of America, registered in Florida.
