04 Mar 2014

The National Apprenticeship Service (NAS) is launching a new initiative.
Apprenticemakers.org.uk is a new project, led by SFEDI and funded by the National Apprenticeship Service, which brings together existing and potential apprentice employers interested in Apprenticeships. Businesses can connect on the site to share experiences, ask questions and be inspired about their future as an employer of apprentices. The ultimate objective is to encourage the increased uptake of Apprenticeships amongst small businesses which will support business growth and the development of a skilled workforce, and is being driven by Jason Holt, Managing Director of Holts Group and Author of the Holt Review.

NAS have created this Apprenticemakers briefing document to explain more about the project, how partner organisations can get involved, and the benefits for small businesses. It includes a selection of promotional text should you wish to any information to newsletters and social media channels. The Apprenticemakers logo can also be downloaded to go with communications.
