During the last round of the UK Electric Motorbike series at Brands Hatch yesterday. Kingston University's team had been working hard on finding a 10% increase in performance to match the pace of the front runners, eventually managing to qualify 3rd.
The team's performance on race day was fantastic and enabled them to achieve a 2nd place finish, finally splitting the top runners, and only 17 seconds behind the winner. They have made consistent progress throughout and it was great to have the bike on the podium at the end of the season.
And without any time to rest on their Laurels, Kingston are already starting development work on next year’s bike!
