What services are available to MIA members?

• A free debt helpline
  Just want to chat through your options with someone who is experienced in debt collections? Want to know what steps can be taken? Call Wright Hassall's free MIA debt helpline and discuss your options with a senior collections partner at no cost to your business.
• A free debt Healthcheck
  Want someone to take a look at your outstanding debts and advise you on the best possible action? If you are based within 50 miles of MIA HQ, this Healthcheck can be done onsite. Alternatively – for members based further afield – this Healthcheck can
  be done over the phone or via email. This will help you to know whether your debt collections process is in the best shape for your business.
• Discounted rates
  Wright Hassall collect on a commission basis which means that we only get paid when you do. All MIA members receive a discount off our standard commission rates, which vary depending on the age and size of the debt in question.
• Outsource your debt collection
  If you have outstanding debts but you do not want to resort to involving lawyers, Wright Hassall can manage the collections on your behalf (either using your company name or ours). Should the debts not be collected through this route, they can quickly move on to a collections/ litigation strategy using a solicitor’s name to focus attention.
