Founded in 1967, NAR Group has developed into a leading player in the development and production of advanced vehicle cooling components, such as radiators, oil coolers, charge air coolers and condensers. HVAC is also supplied.
The demands for efficient engine cooling are increasing with emphasis on weight reduction, size reduction, performance and durability, whilst ever increasing engine power is demanded.
NAR has concentrated its efforts on maximising these properties to give its customers what is needed in a package that functions – we study the effects of the whole group – as well as individual components.
Motorsport is the key driver to attaining these goals, with NAR supplying many coolers for racing and performance motorsport and cars. We supply the water and oil cooler for the Aston Martin DBS, we have oil and water coolers on the entire grid for Formula Nippon as well as GT3 and LMP series Aston Martin Racing amongst others.
NAR has also adapted and applied its knowledge to the Military Sector (with sincere thanks for the help from the MIA here) and has successfully supplied complete cooling systems for vehicles that have to endure very extreme environmental conditions such as dust, mud, extreme heat and sub-zero temperatures.
NAR’s systems allow vehicles to continue to perform as required where others are not able to.
