Highlights of the fully escorted, five day tour include:

• Escorted VIP visits to the heart of the UK’s motorsport industry, Motorsport Valley®, home of the world’s largest cluster of specialist motorsport companies. Privileged access to race

• Your personal invitation to meet UK motorsport’s most successful international executives at the VIP International Welcome Reception and at the show’s highlight, the MIA Business Excellence

• You will receive a seat at the 4th European Cleaner Racing Conference where you will learn of all the commercial opportunities linked to energy efficient motorsport, and make new contacts in this developing area of business.
• All travel arrangements within the UK, 4-star luxury accommodation and fully escorted tours are organised for you by the MIA - you simply have to arrange your own travel to and from the designated hotel.

The programme includes:

Day 1: Monday 11 January - Make your own arrival arrangements to the Birmingham hotel, to be greeted by the MIA representative.
The evening is left free for you to settle in.

Day 2: Tuesday 12 January - A briefing for the visit ahead followed by a full day of tours to Motorsport Valley®. All transport and lunch is provided. Previous tours have included:

Day 3: Wednesday 13 January - A further day of tours to Motorsport Valley® or you may choose to attend the “4th European Cleaner Racing Conference” followed by a networking drinks reception. All transport and lunch is provided. There are no formal events planned for this evening - you can meet with business contacts arriving for the show.

Cleaner Racing Conference at Autosport International - 13 January 2010
The MIA will combine, in ONE vast room at the NEC Birmingham, its 4th world-class ‘Cleaner Racing Conference’ for 200 delegates surrounded by a ‘demonstration showcase’ of current energy efficient, low carbon and electric powered engineering solutions available from the UK. Each season sees new ‘green’ initiatives in motorsport -making sponsorship and technology more relevant in changing times. Motorsport shows the way forward in positively promoting energy efficiency and attracting public interest. There is no going back!

Are you looking to meet UK companies at the Show? Take advantage of the UKTI/MIA meeting service and arrange to meet UK buyers at the business lounge and develop your business.

Day 4: Thursday 14 January - Early VIP escorted entry to Autosport International and VIP access to the International Business Centre and the MIA Business Lounge. The day is free to walk the show, attend the Live Action Arena or hold business meetings in the business lounge. MIA staff will be on hand to help at all times. Later, during the evening, at the MIA Business Excellence Awards Dinner you will be seated amongst over 500 of global motorsport’s most successful and influential racers, technicians and executives.

Day 5: Friday 15 January - VIP escorted access to Autosport International and transport back to the hotel at 15.00 hrs to collect your luggage to make your own departure.
