2009 MIA Awards Dinner at Autosport International - 08 January 2009

The MIA Awards Dinner at Autosport International is the largest and most prestigious gathering of the year for all involved in the business of UK motorsport. As part of the MIA’s network events calendar, the MIA holds its annual Awards Dinner at the NEC in Birmingham in conjunction with the Autosport International Show. The dinner is the major business networking event at the show and attracts over 500 people. During the evening, the MIA Business Excellence Awards will be presented in a short ceremony. Comedian Kevin Connelly, the award winning impressionist and star of “Dead Ringers” will make sure the evening brings much entertainment as Guest Speaker at the 2009 Awards Dinner.

The MIA Awards Dinner will be held on Thursday 8th January 2009 immediately following the first trade day of the Autosport International Show.

These MIA Industry Awards were inaugurated in 1995 to recognise excellence at all levels within the motorsport and high performance engineering industries. They are the only awards of their kind within the industry and so consequently, are highly coveted. The winners are decided by the MIA members who are invited to vote for each of the seven award winners.
