Following the presentation by Jaguar Land Rover’s Head of Research Tony Harper at the MIA’s Driving Future Motorsport Business Growth Conference at Silverstone in July, and positive endorsement by the UK Automotive Council, we are delighted to announce that the Automotive and Motorsport Enhanced Collaboration (AMEC) is further launching at the UK’s premier Low Carbon Vehicle event, LCV 2016 The launch at the show is in two areas:
1. STAND C104, HALL 1:
Innovative showcases of outstanding Motorsport and Automotive collaboration highlight the ongoing collaborative journey between our two sectors, and the significant value that these very successful partnerships deliver - from these leading companies:
2. WORKSHOP DOME on 14th Sept at 14:30
Hosted by the Advanced Propulsion Centre, this seminar has distinguished guests speaking on the value of collaboration between Automotive and Motorsport, and how this can secure considerable commercial advantage between our world-leading engineering sectors. Don’t miss out on this important seminar – and join the rest of the discussion during the day - please see here for more information.
With almost 3,000 attendees expected at LCV from over 1,000 organisations, involvement in this very established business-to-business event will further engage and strengthen this project’s position in both Motorsport and Automotive communities, and open the door to future initiatives and more enhanced showcases hosted by OEMs and Tier 1s. These tailored showcases deliver innovative engineering solutions and maximum business gain for both sectors and LCV is a perfect opportunity to illustrate the significant value that our world-leading industry can deliver.
LCV has a very exciting line up of exhibitors (click here) and guest speakers, and ensures all decision makers of the UK industry attend the event with all major stakeholders, key manufacturers, supply chain representatives and government officials present. Visit the 'GREAT' Pavilion in Hall 3 and see all the UK funding bodies supporting the UK motor industry innovation on one stunning feature showcase stand.
LCV showcases the very latest technologies and UK capabilities, and is an event not to be missed. It is made up of 4 key features:
