Business Networking Opportunity (6 September 2017) - Chinese Sports Delegation

29 Aug 2017

The MIA is pleased to invite you on behalf of the Department of International Trade (DIT) to a networking reception with a delegation of Chinese sports companies on Wednesday 6th September at 4pm at Silverstone.

The group of 11 Chinese companies are visiting the UK to engage and explore potential partnership opportunities with UK companies.

Attendees will include some of China’s largest sport/leisure real estate companies such as Suning Real Estate Group, Financial Street Holdings and Palm Sports, who are all exploring the development of ‘sports cities’, which are large real estate projects with an associated sports or leisure theme.

These companies are keen to meet British firms engaged with master planning, design, architecture and associated infrastructure/real estate backgrounds. Other delegates include representatives from influential sporting events companies who are looking for sport event managers and operators, media groups, marketing firms, e-sports and technology companies.

Please see spreadsheet HERE for a complete list of organisations and delegates.

If you are interested in engaging with the delegation during their visit, please contact Avi Nagel, China Business Advisor at the China-Britain Business Council (CBBC) before Friday 1st September at:
