The 6TH RACE TECH World Motorsport Symposium kicks off “International Motorsport Business Week” in Motorsport Valley with the Aerodynamics/Vehicle Dynamics Day on Monday, 10th January and the Racing Engine Technology Day on Tuesday, 11th January. As is now customary, the special networking Awards dinner is on the evening of the first day. Once again Oxford Brookes University will be hosting the event, the location proving popular with delegates and speakers.

This event has become one of the highlights in the motorsport engineer’s diary, unique as virtually the only technical forum where informed discussions can be heard on an informal basis. Engineers and executives across the breadth and depth of the motorsport industry attend, talking to and networking with their peers, striking up new relationships and making new friends.

Please click here for full event information including details covering the speakers for both days of the symposium and also their networking awards dinner.

MIA's 5th European Cleaner Racing Conference at Autosport International is Europe’s leading and most successful conference for ‘green’ motorsport in Birmingham, in the centre of Motorsport Valley. The exciting conference and speakers will cover; Low Carbon • Electric • Hybrid • Alternative Energy • Sustainable Materials.

In 2010, Team Aon’s LPG-powered Ford Focus has taken regular race-wins in the BTCC, whilst the impact of second-generation biodiesels and lightweight batteries has also been felt in race paddocks around the world. Technologies previously seen as ‘the future’ are now race-proven and winning on-track. Mainstream Automotive OEMs are committed to ‘fast-track’ delivery of energy efficient cars onto the street.

The MIA, supported by Autosport International and UKTI, will bring together thought-leaders from motorsport and high-performance engineering in a combined conference and Showcase ‘in the round’. The future is the agenda - future business the theme.
