Double recruitment success for Base Performance Simulators

06 Feb 2017

Banbury, UK. 2017 looks set to be an exciting year for Base Performance Simulators. The UK’s leading professional motorsport simulator specialist recently welcomed two new recruits to their Banbury headquarters, both discovered at the MIA Motorsport & Automotive Job Fair, held at nearby Stoneleigh Park. The MIA Motorsport & Automotive Job Fair drew over 1000 enthusiastic job seekers from across the country, eager to fill the positions from the most astute motorsport companies in UK and globally. Numerous roles have now been filled as a direct result of introductions made at the fair, including both the Sales & Marketing Executive and Administrator posts at BPS.

Of the company’s recent expansion, BPS Managing Director Ella Barrington said: “The MIA Motorsport & Automotive Job Fair was a fantastic success for BPS. After meeting a wealth of talent, we were able to fill both of the postings required for our commercial roles. This event will certainly be our first port of call for potential positions in the future.”

On her new appointment as BPS Sales and Marketing Executive, Lucy Woodbridge said: “It was wonderful having the opportunity to meet and shake hands with some of the most influential and inspiring motorsport industry leaders. The MIA Motorsport & Automotive Job Fair is the perfect showcase for graduates to elaborate the skills on their CV and speaks to potential employers face-to-face. Without the MIA’s support, I would never have had the chance to work with an internationally respected and award-winning company like BPS.”
