These key combined automotive shows are Europe’s leading automotive engineering group of events. This is a perfect opportunity to engage directly with engineers from OEM and Tier One suppliers - who visit to research, source and meet past, present and potential technology partners. 2015 saw 500+ exhibitors and over 11,000 attendees. The MIA, supported by UKTI, has now secured preferential rates for UK companies to exhibit.

Following previous successful international activity, the Department of Business Innovation and Skills (BISis supporting a ‘UK Innovation Pavilion’ concept at this event, to raise the UK profile in global automotive markets. This will be managed by the Advanced Propulsion Centre UK (APC) in partnership with the MIA, Innovate UK, Niche Vehicle Network (NVN) and various UK Automotive Forums

This will allow innovative UK Technology Developers (TDs) and suppliers to promote their cutting-edge capability and engage with a truly global audience of Vehicle Manufacturers, Tier 1 Suppliers, Universities and Engineering Businesses. Previously, many TDs and suppliers have gone on to secure prototype and production orders as a direct result of contacts made at this show.

Financial Contribution:

The basic costs of the stand space, design and construction will be met by BIS/UKTI. As a contribution to these costs the fee payable by each participating organisation per “pod” is:

  • 1 Metre Solo Display Pod - £1,500 + VAT
  • 1.5 Metre Group Display Pod - £2,000 + VAT
  • 2 Metre Solo Display Pod - £4,000 + VAT
