International Motorsport Education Forum (IMEF)

Autosport International
NEC, Birmingham, UK
Friday 9 January, 2009

The Motorsport Industry Association will again sponsor and facilitate ALL motorsports Educators to come together to share views and discuss issues which  impact on the delivery of Motorsport and related curricula.

Attendance at this meeting is free of charge and we welcome those offering all levels of education around the world. They provide an opportunity to share experiences, opinions, new ideas and new delivery mechanisms which will encourage co-ordination, sustain and improve quality and promote co-operation.

This is a “people business” like no other! The aim is to ensure ongoing delivery of employable, well qualified and skilled people to companies within this fast moving, demanding Industry.

In these economically troubled times, motorsport has rarely faced such changes and challenges…..cost control, budget capping, cleaner/greener racing are top of the agenda and all have an impact on the workforce, present and future.

The Industry and its Educators must work together to co-ordinate strategy and programme content so that full profitable use is made of valuable human resource, and to manage the expectations of those attracted to careers in this business.

The MIA hopes you will join us and have your say at one or even both of these scheduled meetings.

Please confirm your attendance by registering online.

We welcome your suggestions for topics you wish to see feature on the agenda.
